Scaffolder Supervisor – Scaffolder Level 1

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Scaffolder Supervisor to oversee scaffolding activities at our construction project site.

Location : Seksyen 51A, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Project: Data Centre – Superstructure works
Working hours: Monday - Saturday | 8.00am–5.00pm

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily scaffolding erection, modification and dismantling activities.
• Lead and assign tasks to scaffolding workers according to project requirements.
• Ensure scaffolding works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved procedures and site requirements.
• Monitor the quality and proper installation of scaffolding components.
• Ensure scaffolding is properly braced, tied, supported and provided with safe access and working platforms.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Engineers, Safety personnel and other trades to ensure scaffolding works do not disrupt site activities.
• Conduct daily checks of scaffolding work areas and report defects, unsafe conditions or incomplete works.
• Ensure scaffolding materials are properly handled, stored and maintained.
• Monitor manpower and materials required for scaffolding activities.
• Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow site safety requirements.
• Assist with scaffold inspection, tagging and handover procedures where required and within the scope of the candidate's competency.
• Attend toolbox meetings and provide instructions to scaffolding workers.
• Maintain basic records of scaffolding activities, manpower and work progress.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions, damaged materials or structural concerns to the Site Supervisor / Project Manager.
• Perform other duties related to scaffolding works as assigned by the management.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
