Role Description The Administrative Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to management and operational teams. Daily tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized records and filing systems. The role involves handling correspondence, answering calls and emails, coordinating office activities, and supporting procurement and basic HR-related administration. The Administrative Executive will assist with report preparation, data entry, and document control to ensure compliance with company procedures. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess solid General Administration skills, including scheduling, record management, and document handling.
  • Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools used for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Candidates should have prior experience in an administrative or executive support role; experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is an advantage.
  • Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
