Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Attend to customers' enquiries and provide accurate and timely assistance.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, messages and other customer enquiries.
• Provide information on company services, procedures and general enquiries.
• Receive and record customer feedback, requests and complaints.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments and operational teams where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, requests and correspondence.
• Prepare basic reports, records and administrative documentation.
• Perform general administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Able to handle customer enquiries professionally and patiently.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
