Job Scope
- Handle WhatsApp, calls & customer enquiries
- Prepare quotations, invoices & job sheets
- Arrange appointments & repair schedules
- Update customers & coordinate with technicians/suppliers
- Data entry & general admin duties
- Basic Excel & Word
- Responsible & organized
- Good communication & multitasking skills
- Automotive experience is an advantage

Mon–Fri: 9am–6pm | Sat: 9am–1pm
