An established PUB piping contractor company seeks a Project Co-ordinator to manage project administration, coordinate stakeholders, plan schedules and risks, and handle reporting and claims to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
Manage all project-related administration and documentation to maintain accurate and timely records
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, foremen, and sub-contractors to facilitate project progress
Develop and maintain project schedules and implement risk management strategies to ensure timely delivery
Prepare and handle progressive reports and claims to support project tracking and financial processes
Apply strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration among project teams and stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Certificate or diploma in a Building-related field
