ENGIE Southeast Asia Hiring! Full Time ACMV Engineer, Facilities Management in - Ricebowl

• Manage and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of ACMV systems, including chillers, chilled water systems, DX units, mechanical ventilation, clean rooms, and BMS.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and rectification of ACMV faults and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth facility operations and timely completion of maintenance works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Drive operational improvements and energy efficiency initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV systems and Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV maintenance, troubleshooting, and system operations.
• Familiar with local regulations and industry standards (e.g. ASHRAE).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to Workplace Safety & Health practices.
