Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Condominium Manager at Smart Property Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of residential condominium properties. This full-time position is based in Singapore and will involve overseeing all aspects of property management, from facilities maintenance to tenant relations

Job Description:

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, cleaners, and other service providers to ensure the upkeep of common areas and facilities

  • Manage budgets, financial records, and service contracts for the condominium
  • Communicate effectively with residents, addressing their concerns and facilitating a positive living environment
  • Organise and attend meetings with the condominium's management committee
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and the condominium's by-laws
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall value and appeal of the property.
  • Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
  • Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants must be willing to work a 5.5 days work week.(Alt Sat subject to client's approval)
  • Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the residential condominium sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, service providers, and the management committee
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
  • Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification.
  • Accredited Strata Manager Certification is preferred.
