About REFORM
REFORM is a KOL and creative agency with offices in Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. We run influencer campaigns, social media management, content production and performance marketing for brands across beauty, F&B, home and living, and clinics. We were named KOL Agency of the Year (Gold) at the MARKies, and we work off a 5,000+ creator database with our own selection and social listening process behind it.
The role
Senior Business Development Manager. Full time, on site, Kuala Lumpur, covering Malaysian and Singaporean accounts.
You own a pipeline from first contact to signed contract, and you stay close to the account after it signs. There is support around you, but nobody hands you warm leads.
What you will actually do
- Build and work your own pipeline. Outbound, referrals, inbound, partner-sourced.
- Run discovery calls that get to the real business problem, not just the brief.
- Build pitches and proposals with the creative and strategy team, and present them yourself.
- Lead commercial negotiation, including rate cards, scope, and contract terms.
- Hold the client relationship after the deal closes so it renews.
- Keep your pipeline and forecast accurate. We run on numbers, not optimism.
Who we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years selling in an agency or adjacent environment. KOL, creative, media, events, production, or martech.
- A track record of closing five and six figure deals you can walk us through.
- Comfortable in a room with a brand manager on one side and procurement on the other.
- Strong written English. Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus for this market.
