Job Title: Clinic Assistant

Jobs Description:

· Provide frontline customer service and perform patients’ registration at the counter

· Handle phone calls and inquiries

· Assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments

· Dispense of medications

· Liaise with patients and family members and educate on follow up

· Handle payment collection and basic administrative duties

· Assist the doctor in clinical tests and minor procedures (training will be provided)

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· No experience required as training will be provided

· Customer service oriented with good communication skills

· Computer literate

· Able to attend to mandarin speaking patients

· Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

· Work permit holders are welcome to apply

Working hours:

Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Sat: 8:30am to 1pm
