Admin & Accounts Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling the company's daily administrative and accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payment processing, bank reconciliation and general office administration.
Responsibilities
Accounting
- Handle daily accounting transactions and data entry.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, quotations, receipts and credit notes.
- Record purchase invoices, expenses, payments and receipts.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Perform daily bank and payment reconciliation.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Check and reconcile supplier statements.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management reports.
- Assist in preparing Profit & Loss and other financial reports.
- Prepare documents and information required by external accountant, auditor and tax agent.
- Assist with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory matters.
- Ensure accounting documents are properly filed and maintained.
Administration
- Handle general office administration and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, purchase orders and other company documents.
- Assist with staff attendance, leave records and other HR administrative matters.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks and external parties when required.
- Assist management with administrative and accounting-related tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in SME / trading / retail company will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of full set accounting is an added advantage.
- Familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Account, UBS, Million or similar software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of AR, AP, bank reconciliation and financial statements.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Responsible, honest and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Working Hours
Monday – Saturday

Salary
RM 2500 – RM5000 per month
Depending on experience and qualifications.
