Job Description:
We are looking for an organised and responsible HR Coordinator to support the Company's human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Prepare employment-related documents, HR letters etc.
• Assist with payroll administration, leave records and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals and related documentation where required.
• Liaise with employees and relevant government agencies on HR-related matters.
• Ensure HR records and processes comply with Company policies and applicable Singapore employment requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR or human resources administration would be an advantage.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
