• Lead and manage projectsfrom planning, execution to final handover
• Oversee renovation,A&A, commercial, and condominium projects with full ownership
• Coordinate with clients,consultants, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects aredelivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Manage project schedules,cost control, and variation orders
• Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements, including the Building and Construction Authority(BCA) and condo (MCST) guidelines
• Conduct site meetings,monitor progress, and address technical or site issues proactively
• Maintain proper projectdocumentation and reporting

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree inBuilding, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years ofrelevant Singapore experience in renovation / A&A / commercial /residential (condo) projects
