• Handle daily online and walk-in customer orders
• Attend to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinate and pass orders to delivery riders/drivers
• Liaise with the Customer Service team to resolve any order-related issues
• Perform daily end-of-day settlement and basic reporting
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter area
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to order processing

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic computer literacy
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work 5 days a week

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
