Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Monitor project costs and control expenditure
• Evaluate tenders, contracts, and variations
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures
• Assist in risk analysis and cost forecasting

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 5 years of experience in construction/projects
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software (e.g. PlanSwift, CostX – advantage)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
