Responsibilities:

1. To participate in periodic internal, external audit and all other inspections to ensure effective implementation of all quality procedures and standards throughout the entire operation.

2. Assisting in dealing with quality issues and communicating effectively with cross functional teams in the plant with respect to quality issues.

3. Assisting in monitoring, verifying and validating the in-process quality criteria inspection as well as documentation in the areas related to food safety and quality and GMP’s

4. To assist superior to ensure all employees are aware management system’s policies, related objectives and how their work should contribute or bring implication to the outcomes.

5. To follow up, monitor and feedback the effectiveness of any management system programs as instructed by superior

6. Support the operation of the quality control process related to Corrective/Preventive actions and product non-conformance control and analyzing the data for Quality Improvement

7. Support on qualification of new process/ machine/ new line for cost saving and improvement projects in production

8. Monitor all operations that affect quality to ensure reliable and consistent processes and final output

9. Manage and ensure timely finished product release to support Sales demand.

10. Responsible for developing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/ Work instruction (WI) according to the Company's required standard and expectation.

11. Ensures continuous improvement of QAQC activities through regular reviewing of SOPs’ test procedures & specifications.

12. Manages quality control operations (e.g. analytical testing, tools, equipment, and reagents) and is responsible for the implementation and execution of accurate and reliable quality control analyses.

13. Perform investigation on reported in process deviation. Ensure correction and/or corrective action are complete prior to batch release.

14. Attend, support and participate in meetings and projects, including cross-functional ones when assigned and are needed.

15. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical/ Food Science/ Life Science or any other equivalent qualifications.

2. Preferably at least 4 Years of working experience in the pharmaceutical field is required for this position.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
