- Supervise and lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

- Ensure team adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

- Coordinate labor resources effectively to meet operational goals and delivery timelines.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory and support cycle counts and physical inventory processes.

- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OTIF, picking accuracy, dock-to-stock time) and generate performance reports.

- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote skill development and high performance.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, transportation, planning, and customer service teams.

- Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and material handling systems.

- Support the implementation of warehouse systems (WMS) and ensure compliance with corporate standards and SOPs.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. (inbound operation)

- Experience working in a high-volume distribution center, preferably within the electronics or consumer goods industry.

- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and best practices.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

- Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA/safety regulations preferred.

Preferred Competencies:

- Experience in an international company or cross-cultural team environment.

- Familiarity with Electronics logistics systems or similar.

- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
