Responsibilities
Basic up to $3000 + Commission
Working location: ANG MO KIO
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)

Job Responsibilities
Manage existing customer accounts and build strong relationships.
Handle contract renewals and follow up on customer retention.
Follow up on sales leads and enquiries via calls and emails.
Prepare quotations, proposals and renewal offers.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Handle customer orders and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
Prepare sales and customer reports for management.
Achieve assigned renewal and sales targets.
Support general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in service-based industries to better understand customer needs and service delivery
Ability to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates, enhancing communication and service reach
