Pharmacy Technician — Amber Compounding Pharmacy

Precision and cleanliness are at the core of everything we do — we're looking for a meticulous Pharmacy Technician who takes lab hygiene seriously to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in preparing and compounding medications (creams, capsules, suspensions, etc.) according to prescriptions and SOPs
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately following compounding formulas
Maintain strict cleanliness, sterility, and hygiene standards in the compounding lab, including cleanroom protocols, equipment sanitization, and cross-contamination prevention
Perform routine cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of lab surfaces, tools, and compounding equipment per SOPs
Monitor and document environmental controls (e.g. temperature, humidity, cleanliness logs) where applicable
Manage inventory — ordering, stocking, and tracking raw materials and supplies
Label, package, and prepare finished products for dispensing
Support pharmacists with administrative tasks (record-keeping, documentation, patient queries)
Ensure compliance with HSA regulations and pharmacy quality/hygiene standards
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy Technology, or related field
Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (or eligible for registration)
Experience with lab hygiene, aseptic technique, or cleanroom/sterile environment protocols strongly preferred
Prior experience in compounding pharmacy preferred but not essential — training provided
Strong attention to detail and precision, especially around cleanliness and contamination control
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
