Singapore | Full-Time

About Us

Amber Compounding Pharmacy specializes in personalized, compounded medications tailored to individual patient needs. As part of the Fagron Group — a global leader in pharmaceutical compounding — we combine the personal touch of a local pharmacy with the resources, expertise, and career pathways of an international organization. Precision and cleanliness are at the core of everything we do — we're looking for a meticulous Pharmacy Technician who takes lab hygiene seriously to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and compounding medications (creams, capsules, suspensions, etc.) according to prescriptions and SOPs

Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately following compounding formulas

Maintain strict cleanliness, sterility, and hygiene standards in the compounding lab, including cleanroom protocols, equipment sanitization, and cross-contamination prevention

Perform routine cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of lab surfaces, tools, and compounding equipment per SOPs

Monitor and document environmental controls (e.g. temperature, humidity, cleanliness logs) where applicable

Manage inventory — ordering, stocking, and tracking raw materials and supplies

Label, package, and prepare finished products for dispensing

Support pharmacists with administrative tasks (record-keeping, documentation, patient queries)

Ensure compliance with HSA regulations and pharmacy quality/hygiene standards

Requirements

Diploma/Certificate in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy Technology, or related field

Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (or eligible for registration)

Experience with lab hygiene, aseptic technique, or cleanroom/sterile environment protocols strongly preferred

Prior experience in compounding pharmacy preferred but not essential — training provided

Strong attention to detail and precision, especially around cleanliness and contamination control

Good organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

Be part of Fagron, a global pharmaceutical compounding leader with operations across 30+ countries

Clear career progression pathways — both locally and within the wider Fagron network

Competitive salary

On-the-job training in specialized compounding techniques

Friendly, supportive work environment
