Role Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to join the manufacturing team as Production Supervisors. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job Descriptions:

Supervises the activities of a production staff in a manufacturing area. Plans and coordinates daily operations to meet production schedules, product standards, and operational costs. Prepares production, personnel, and financial reports to achieve production goals. Establishes operating policies and procedures to achieve production schedules, product standards, and operational costs.

Experience:

• Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience will be an added advantage.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any Science or Mathematics-related field; OR
• Diploma holder with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and equipment data.
• Self-motivated, fast learner, independent worker, and strong team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
