Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and administrative activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment documents, receipts, and other accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Perform data entry and ensure accounting information is properly recorded.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on payment status when required.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and suppliers regarding billing and payment matters.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and maintained.
• Support the Finance/Accounting team with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
