Responsibilities
Temporary Patient Service Associate
Bed Management Unit | Healthcare Sector
Salary: $15/hour
Contract: September 2026 – 31 January 2027
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
PM Shift: 11:00am – 8:00pm, if required
Public Holidays: May be required based on operational needs
Location: Singapore
Qualification: Minimum GCE “N” Level or equivalent
About the Role
Join a healthcare team supporting essential bed management, patient transfers and ambulance coordination. You will work closely with clinical teams, wards and external service providers to ensure smooth and timely arrangements for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate patient admissions, transfers and ward bed allocation.
Arrange ambulance transfers with healthcare facilities, patients and ambulance vendors.
Handle enquiries and requests via phone, email and fax.
Activate emergency response procedures when required.
Maintain accurate records, statistics and reports.
Ensure patient information is handled in accordance with PDPA.
Support administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
Minimum GCE “N” Level or equivalent.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant, approachable and service-oriented personality.
Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work occasional PM shifts and Public Holidays when required.
