Digital Marketer

Job Description:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other online platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and engagement.
• Create and coordinate engaging content, including videos, posts and promotional materials.
• Manage TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms to support online sales.
• Monitor campaign performance, traffic, engagement and sales, and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales and content teams to achieve marketing and sales targets.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media features and platform algorithms.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media or e-commerce is preferred.
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Shop.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or Canva is an added advantage.
