What you'll do

Product listings & catalogue accuracy (Havaianas) — Create and maintain listings (photos, SKUs, size charts, descriptions, barcodes, variations); keep product info and pricing accurate; run biweekly housekeeping and delisting of inactive products; apply seasonal price updates.

Inventory sync & availability — Monitor marketplace inventory and run weekly replenishment (Wednesdays) via Graas; sync new products and escalate uncaptured items to the Graas team; keep stock levels aligned across all platforms with zero oversell.

Campaigns, banners & promotions — Prepare and submit campaign product lists (double-digit and payday sales); build, schedule and deactivate banners and category updates; run webstore promotions and collection updates on Shopify.

Marketplace compliance & platform admin — Monitor penalty points and violations, and appeal or escalate to platforms; relay platform policy, delivery and public-holiday changes to the team; own the day-to-day platform back-end.

TikTok livestream support — Set up the livestream backend (promotions and product lists) once the host schedule is confirmed; double-check setup, promos and timing before each stream; prepare host guidance (product details, FAQs, do's and don'ts); manage affiliate product tagging on the live-host account.

Reporting — Produce the weekly Marketplace Health Report; deliver monthly e-commerce sales reporting and Shopify promo tracking; report monthly marketplace sell-through by category; maintain marketplace costing (fees and charges per platform).

Tools & systems you'll use

Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Zalora Seller Centres; Decathlon and Amazon portals; Shopify; Graas; Mailchimp; ERP/POS (reference); Google Workspace etc.

What we're looking for

• Experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora and/or Shopify)
• Comfortable working in Seller Centres and with an inventory-sync tool (Graas or similar)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail across listings, campaigns and reporting
• Confident with spreadsheets and basic reporting
• A team player who coordinates closely with order-processing and customer-service colleagues
