Responsibilities
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in precast concrete, structural construction or building projects.
- Experience in precast installation/erection would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, structural details and site installation procedures.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety requirements.
- Able to supervise workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Willing to work on construction sites and travel to project locations when required.
