Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Customer Consultation:
Meet clients at showrooms, homes, or project sites to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget.
Product Recommendations:
Advise customers on appropriate fabrics, styles, colors, and motorized options for curtains and blinds.
Site Measurement:
Conduct on-site measurements and space assessments to ensure accurate fitting.
Quotation and Ordering:
Prepare cost estimates, process sales orders, and follow up actively on pending inquiries.
Team Coordination:
Liaise with installation and workshop teams to guarantee smooth execution from fabrication to final setup.
After-Sales Service:
Maintain client relationships, resolve post-installation issues, and provide ongoing support.
