About the Role
Asprofin Bank is looking for a driven and professional Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities and delivering suitable banking and financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide suitable financial and banking solutions
- Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-focused with strong relationship-building abilities
- Sales and results-oriented
- Professional, ethical and trustworthy
- Resilient and adaptable
- Banking/financial services experience is an added advantage
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Excel — formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data analysis
- Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Comfortable using banking systems and digital tools
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
