Job Summary
Lead and supervise M&E site staff to ensure compliance with statutory codes and project requirements, coordinate MEP interfaces, and maintain quality control and progress reporting for major construction and utilities projects.
Responsibilities
Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP (MEP), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality
Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to enforce site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting standards
Coordinate MEP interfaces effectively by maintaining interface registers and evidence logs to ensure seamless project integration
Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site teams and foster effective interpersonal communication
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 8 years of relevant M&E experience, including at least 5 years supervising similar works
Experience in major construction works involving buildings or utilities services laying, testing, and commissioning
Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong supervision and leadership skills
