Ming Hing Waterworks Hiring! Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor- Project Quantity Surveyor- Quantity Surveyor in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle all pre-contact and post-contract QS services, including cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, budget control, etc.;

• Liaise with client and sub-contractors;

• Lead the QS team for daily operations, such as payment applications & certificate, payments of subcontractors, etc.;

• Coordinate with the project management team to handle contractual related issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions, etc;

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

• Having MRICS or HKIS professional qualification is desired ;

• 7 years solid civil experience gained at the principal contractor level, preferably with NEC contract experience;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;

• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor.

• Immediate available is an advantage.
