Position Details

• Job Title: Product Manager

• Salary: RM 10,000 – RM 12,000 per month
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Work Mode: Work From Office

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, growth, and lifecycle management of enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product success through vendor management, go-to-market execution, channel development, and business growth while working closely with technology partners, internal sales teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle from product strategy through execution and market growth.
• Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and business targets for the product portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and principals.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, pipeline reviews, and commercial discussions with vendors.
• Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development plans.
• Recruit, enable, and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
• Work closely with channel sales teams to identify and close new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Deliver product training and technical enablement sessions to internal teams and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to enhance product positioning.
• Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience within the IT industry.
• Strong experience managing Networking Solutions (Switches, Wireless, Access Points, etc.) and/or Cybersecurity Solutions.
• Experience working with technology vendors, principals, distributors, and channel partners.
• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and Product Strategy.
• Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Business Development and Market Expansion experience.
• Vendor & Principal Relationship Management.
• Commercial Negotiation and Stakeholder Management.
• Product Training, Technical Presentation, and Customer Engagement.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Network Security and Enterprise Infrastructure solutions.
• Exposure to Cybersecurity product portfolios.
• Experience handling channel ecosystems and partner enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT networking technologies and market trends.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience in the IT industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven business growth achievements.
• High level of initiative, leadership, and problem-solving capability.
