Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, account information, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule with permanent night shifts.

- 24/7 Rotational Schedule
- Typical shifts:
- 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
