We are a chiropractic centre providing care for spine and joint diseases. We are looking for a front desk executive to join our team to assist with the operations.

• Handle incoming enquiries via phone calls and text messages promptly
• Welcome and assist visitors and patients
• Handle new patient registrations
• Organise schedules and appointments
• Organise and maintain good filing system for smooth and quick data recovery
• Manage and maintain centre's facilities and office supplies
• Assist in preparation of reports
• Handle invoicing and collection of payments
• Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality in all areas of work
• Able to travel or work in Jaya One & Damansara Utama
• Willing to work on weekends
• Must have Own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
