VBC Electro-Heat Hiring! Full Time RND Engineer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate new product development projects from concept to production.
• Develop new products/models according to customer requirements.
• Review and reverse-engineer customer drawings or samples.
• Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), product costing and specification reports.
• Conduct product trials, testing, experiments and data analysis.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Procurement, suppliers and customers on product development.
• Support pre-production activities, parameter setting and new line setup.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production-related issues.
• Assist in material/supplier sourcing and price negotiations.
• Ensure all product development documents and records are properly maintained.
• Explore new technologies and cost-effective methods for tools, jigs and sample making.
• Comply with company policies, quality requirements, HSE and 6S practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by the R&D Manager.

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in R&D, product development or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings/specifications.
• Knowledge of BOM, costing, product testing and development processes.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate and work with different departments.
• Willing to learn and handle multiple projects.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
