現有職位空缺招聘一名全面的顧客服務人員,負責前台工作,期待有意者加入。
此職位的工作內容:
- 獨立執行接待職責及接待區域管理工作
- 以專業態度接待客戶和訪客,並引領不同訪客前往適當場所
- 保安門禁管理及出入證設定
- 公司郵件分發及快遞服務準備
- 為高級管理人員提供一般行政及保安支援
- 協助籌辦公司活動
- 處理會議室預訂時間表
- 執行其他所需的臨時工作
- 持有文憑或以上學歷並具相關工作經驗
- 持有秘書、商業研究或同等課程證書
- 必須具備電腦應用能力
- 良好的中文能力
