Responsibilities
Job Description
Conduct daily factory inspection, including personal hygiene, factory cleanliness, staff practice, products condition and etc
Perform internal lab tests for food and environmental samples
Perform sampling and QC checking (physical or chemical, training will be provided) on incoming raw material, intermediate products and finished products according to schedule
Monitor critical control point (CCP)
ISO 22000 documentation
Assist in goods return checking
Assist in customer feedback and trouble-shooting on product complaint
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your Superior
Requirement
Meticulous, detailed oriented and a team player
Food science background would be an advantage
