Responsibilities
Our client is one of the established players in the travel and tourism industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Luxury Travel Designer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high-performing team. They are located in the Central area.
Key Responsibilities
Design and curate personalized luxury travel itineraries with unique experiences and premium accommodations.
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, accommodation, tours, dining, and concierge requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel partners, hotels, DMCs, airlines, and lifestyle providers.
Provide seamless client service before, during, and after travel, including handling urgent requests and resolving issues professionally.
Stay updated on global travel trends, new destinations, and luxury hospitality developments.
Assist with marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in luxury travel design, hospitality, or concierge services.
Strong knowledge of high-end destinations, properties, and experiences worldwide.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
Able to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
GDS systems (Sabre preferred) and CRM knowledge are an advantage.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
Sales-oriented.
