Job Description

Responsibilities

  • ·       Plan, coordinate, andoversee all phases of construction projects.
  • ·       Manage project schedules,budgets, and resources effectively.
  • ·       Liaise with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
  • ·       Monitor site progress andensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • ·       Identify project risks andimplement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • ·       Ensure workplace safety,quality standards, and contractual requirements are met.
  • ·       Prepare project reports,progress updates, and documentation.
  • ·       Lead and motivate projectteams to achieve project objectives.
  • About you
  • ·       Degree or Diploma in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • ·       Minimum 3–5 years ofrelevant experience in the construction industry.
  • ·       Strong knowledge ofconstruction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
