Job Summary

The RTO will oversee M&E, C&S and Archi works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards. This role involves system monitoring, inspections, technical support, coordination, and documentation throughout construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor M&E, C&S and Archi systems daily to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards in Singapore
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed site works, documenting findings and reporting non-compliances or defects promptly
• Provide technical assistance to contractors and project teams by resolving queries and facilitating site coordination
• Review drawings and technical documents to verify workmanship and materials meet required standards
• Support testing and commissioning activities by coordinating with project managers and consultants
• Maintain accurate records and prepare clear inspection reports to communicate site status and issues effectively
• Analyze site measurements, test results, and data using basic statistics to identify trends and support decision-making
• Collaborate professionally with multidisciplinary teams while working independently on-site throughout construction and installation phases

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field
• Registration under ACES/IES RTO registry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to Singapore construction sites
• Prior experience working on construction sites in Singapore
