Job Description
Responsibilities
Routine General Servicing
Cleaning and washing the indoor unit air filters, front panel, and cover.
Flushing and clearing the drainage system to prevent water leaks and blockages.
Checking, cleaning, and deodorizing the evaporator coil.
Vacuuming and clearing the condensation drainage pipe.
Checking the blower wheel and fan bearings for smooth, quiet operation.
Preventive & Technical Checks
Inspecting system refrigerant levels and checking for potential gas leaks using pressure gauges.
Measuring operating voltage and electrical current to ensure the compressor and fan motors run within safe parameters.
Testing thermostat calibration, remote control responsiveness, and sensor accuracy.
Checking electrical connections and tightening loose terminals to prevent short circuits.
Chemical Overhaul & Deep Cleaning
Dismantling the indoor unit completely for a thorough chemical wash of stubborn mold, grease, and dirt buildup.
Chemical flushing of the condenser coils and drainage tray.
Lubricating moving mechanical parts to reduce friction and noise.
Troubleshooting & Repair
Diagnosing root causes for common issues such as poor cooling performance, strange noises, foul odors, or water leakage.
Replacing faulty components including capacitors, fan motors, thermistors, circuit boards, and compressor parts.
Handling emergency breakdown call-outs and urgent site attendance.
Site Handover & Maintenance Support
Providing professional advice to customers on optimal temperature settings, energy-saving habits, and filter cleaning schedules.
Updating service logs, documenting equipment health, and issuing service reports or quotations for major repairs.
