Job Responsibilities
Control local movements of engineering trains and railway vehicles.
Establish and maintain track-protection measures.
Issue, control and maintain operational signage and equipment.
Assist the operations controller with shunting activities.
Coordinate with persons-in-charge, work parties, operators and shunters.
Monitor compliance with operating rules and safety procedures.
Report incidents, equipment defects and operational irregularities.
Job Requirements
Minimum NTC 2/3, GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
Railway or construction-safety experience is preferred.
Able to work independently and follow operational instructions.
