Position: Sales Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are an established FMCG importer and wholesaler specializing in food, snacks and beverages. We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team in managing daily sales operations and customer orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Sales Team with daily sales operations and customer orders
• Receive, process and enter customer orders accurately
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and other related documents
• Follow up on order processing, delivery and shipment status
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Monitor product availability and stock shortages and inform the Sales Team accordingly
• Assist Sales Executives in following up on customer requirements, pricing and promotions
• Maintain customer information, price lists and sales records
• Handle order amendments, returns and other after-sales matters
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding payments, credit limits and account-related matters
• Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and relevant sales data
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Manager
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin / Customer Service / Sales Support is preferred
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Wholesale or Retail industry will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other basic office software
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and orders efficiently
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience with ERP / Inventory / Accounting Systems is an added advantage
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and looking for long-term career growth

SALARY & BENEFITS

Basic Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,200
