Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing activities for cable management products.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and potential customers.
• Promote products to contractors, distributors, electrical suppliers and project companies.
• Arrange customer meetings, product presentations and follow up on business opportunities.
• Conduct market research on customer requirements, competitors, pricing and market trends.
• Maintain customer database and Marketing/Sales Pipeline.
• Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, catalogues and company profiles.
• Support commercial proposals, product quotations and sales development.
• Coordinate with overseas manufacturers/OEM suppliers on product information, pricing, samples and technical documents.
• Support product certification and Malaysian market compliance requirements.
• Support the Company's future local manufacturing/assembly development initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Experience in electrical products, cable management, construction, M&E, data centre, oil & gas or industrial products is an advantage.
• Good understanding of the Malaysian industrial and construction market.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented and commercially aware.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an advantage for communication with China suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, exhibitions and business development activities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
