Global Pets Hiring! Full Time Veterinary Coordinator (Klang Selangor) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service
• Handle client enquiries, phone calls and appointment scheduling
• Review daily appointments and make reminder calls to reduce no-shows
• Welcome and assist pet owners and their pets throughout their clinic visit
• Manage client flow from check-in through to discharge
• Coordinate consultations, surgeries, boarding and other pet care services
• Communicate professionally with pet owners and handle client concerns appropriately
• Direct all medical enquiries to the attending veterinarian
• Manage medicine refill requests with veterinarian approval
• Assist with prescription diets and veterinary product sales
• Coordinate clinic inventory orders and monitor stock levels
• Assist with receiving, organising and storing stock according to FIFO
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with investigating inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in the system
• Update patient records with laboratory results and information as instructed by veterinarians
• Manage payments, deposits, refunds and daily sales transactions
• Prepare and submit day-end sales reports
• Monitor outstanding client balances and follow up on payments
• Coordinate with external service providers for clinic operational needs
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and proper functioning of the clinic
• Assist with customer education on general pet care and available veterinary products
• Support sales and promotional activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Veterinarian-in-Charge

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Veterinary Nursing, Animal Health, Business Administration, Customer Service or a related field
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal care, healthcare, retail or customer service environment is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Customer-oriented and able to handle clients professionally
• Comfortable handling animals and working in a veterinary clinic environment
• Good computer and system skills
• Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
