Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to established SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform assembly, loading, unloading, inspection, testing, and packing activities as assigned.
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily output and productivity targets.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify and report product defects, equipment abnormalities, and process issues to the supervisor or technician.
• Handle materials and components carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or product mix-up.
• Maintain accurate production records, checklists, and system entries.
• Follow cleanroom, ESD, safety, quality, and environmental procedures where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the production area according to 5S standards.
• Support line changeovers, equipment setup, and other production activities when required.
• Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and team members to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in semiconductor, electronics, hard disk drive, precision manufacturing, or cleanroom environments is an added advantage.
• Able to understand and follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment, if required.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to production requirements.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
