Primary job function

• Responsible of the verification of start-up approval.

a) Buy off the line set up

b) Buy off the sample

c) Ensure relevant and updated documents used

• Responsible to test and check all WIP to ensure follow customer specification.
• Responsible to receive JTF and ensure quantity tally with FG.

Duties and responsibilities

• Understand IPC-A-610 standard.
• Understand and audit on production line process and equipment setup. Ensure all the documents (PWI) used for process are tally with BOM/Engineering and assembly drawing.
• Inform the superior and concerned departmental representatives on the nature of non-conformance detected during auditing.
• Ensure all the checklist update daily and proper filing of IPQA data.
• Ensure lot ACCEPT and REJECT are place in correct location.
• Monitor any corrective measure implemented on the production line.
• Record all the lot status (Lot movement, Tracking and etc) according to supervisor instruction.
• Ensure all the equipment used (Caliper, micrometer and etc) in good condition and not expired from calibration date.
