The Role
Here's what you'll own:
- Strategic leadership of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform - managing budgets, timelines, quality, and delivery end to end
- Defining and prioritising system enhancements, including the development of Generative AI use cases
- Building capability through targeted training programmes for key users and global sales teams
- Identifying and implementing process improvements with a lean, scalable approach
- Collaborating with global CRM programme leads and cross-functional teams to drive alignment
- Providing escalation-level Salesforce support, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement
You'll bring:
- A degree in IT, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in a commercial or technical setting, with strong project management credentials
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
- Sharp analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable decisions
- A continuous improvement mindset and hands-on change management experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and MS Office, with strong intercultural awareness
