Job Description

• Collected and Scan CDA (Container Despatch Advice) and MT slip (Cargo Empty).
• Update in/out last day list container.
• Monitor empty container photos put in WhatsApp group once Haulage driver pull out from warehouse.
• Collect BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipment Advice from supplier’s email.
• Compile all relevant documents by mail to Company Forwarding. In order to get the latest ETA date and container number.
• Record the inventory of goods, amount quantity of container staging, amount quantity of container at the port and demand for the current week.
• Checking or updated the balance stock at tracker stock card of storage.
• Follow up empty container ready to return depot to Haulage group.
• Advise details cargo in Storage & haulage company group once container ready to deliver.
• Inform purchasing & QC group WhatsApp any quality problem-get approval Turun or request for survey from Purchasing manager.
• Follow up the invoice/packing of storage that been storage and also statement of payment outstanding.
• Updated the stock issue or stock transfer in auto account
• Checking DO of storage need be tally and attached with supplier document
• Checking daily received invoice from storekeeper
• Checking GRN been tally with the invoice for payment after got approval from Purchasing Manager.
• Do checking and key invoice details of amount charges and invoice no into the track list overseas.
• Follow up the certain invoice that been not complete yet such as supporting document that been mention on the invoice.

Location : Telok Gong, Port Klang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
