- Own end-to-end hiring for senior and business-critical roles, from clarifying business hiring needs, sourcing and assessment, through offer management and closing
- Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business priorities, workforce plans, and the leadership capabilities required for key positions
- Work with local recruitment teams across markets to drive key-role hiring, providing regional coordination, market insights, and hands-on search support
- Conduct proactive talent mapping and executive search to identify and engage high-calibre candidates; Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for recurring senior and critical hiring needs
- Provide hiring managers with informed recommendations based on candidate quality, market availability, compensation benchmarks, and potential hiring risks
- Manage senior candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and highly engaging candidate experience
- Review hiring progress and recruitment data, identify bottlenecks, and drive practical solutions to improve hiring quality, speed, and effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment, with demonstrated experience hiring senior or business-critical roles
- Strong executive-search capability, including talent mapping, market research, candidate engagement, assessment, and offer closing
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and translate business needs into effective hiring strategies
- Strong business acumen and people judgment, with the ability to assess candidates beyond their experience and identify leadership potential, motivation, and cultural fit
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and sound independent judgment
- Strong project management and execution capability, with the ability to manage multiple complex searches across markets and stakeholder groups
- Clear and confident communicator who can build credibility with senior leaders and candidates
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative regional environment
- Experience in the internet, technology, fintech, financial services, or executive-search industry is preferred
