WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Working Location: Alam Damai, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500/month
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and grow our business within the HORECA industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new customers within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés & Catering) industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Promote the company's Fresh Produce product portfolio
• Prepare quotations, product proposals, and business presentations
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify new sales opportunities
• Monitor market trends and achieve monthly sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred to support communication with Mandarin speaking clients
