Job description

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline preferably with technical background.
• Possess good leadership, organizing and supervision skill.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able work on shift.
• Minimum 3 years' experience and above.

Responsibilities:

• To supervise a group of production technicians and operators to meet production targets.
• To execute daily line housekeeping (5S) & safety, operator discipline, and attendance.
• Responsibility to ensure the operation and output meet the quality requirements and objectives.
• Make the necessary corrections to the operations or operators to correct any quality problems encountered.
• Responsible for providing visible and real-time indicators to help operators meet the expected performance.
• Identify abnormality and potential hazards and take necessary preventive action.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
