We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a
microelectronics
manufacturing company, for
Production Assistant
to support operations in a high-volume production environment.
Equipment Operation & Monitoring
Operate production equipment according to standard procedures
Monitor machine performance and identify any operational issues or product quality deviations
Support basic troubleshooting by escalating equipment or process issues to the relevant team
Assist in onboarding and guiding new operators when required
Production Execution & Quality Compliance
Carry out production tasks in accordance with work instructions and production targets
Record production data where required to support traceability and documentation
Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process
Material Handling & Process Support
Verify and confirm receipt of raw materials from warehouse based on production requirements
Support loading and handling of raw materials and semi-finished goods
Conduct end-process checks including quantity, quality, and defect verification
Prepare finished goods for transfer to downstream handling or packing processes
Role involves manual handling of materials weighing approximately 15–20kg
Requirements
Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage, but not required
Able to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
Basic understanding of production flow and quality checks
Team-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to start work within short notice preferred
Work Environment
Structured manufacturing setting with clear operational processes
Opportunity to work in a diverse, technology-driven production environment
Location: East (Changi North)
Shift hours: 7am-7pm (day) / 7pm- 7am (night)
4 days work week (including a Saturday)
Training be provided
Transport pick up at various MRT stations (Bedok, Sengkang, Punggol, Hougang, Woodlands, Tampines, Pasir Ris)
Attractive remuneration with Shift allowance and OT pay
